12/4 MEET INFO

Meet sign ups will close for the meet on 12/1 at 7pm, please register your swimmer(s) online https://follansbeeswimteam.swimtopia.com/swim_meets or stop by the sign in table at practice today or Wednesday.

We will be swimming against Carlynton Aquatic Club. The address for the school is:

Warm ups for Follansbee will start at 8:30am please have your swimmer(s) at the pool by 8:15am. The meet is set to begin at 9am.

Swimmers will be sitting as a team in the gym. When entering the school use the gym doors to get to the seeding area in the cafeteria. That is door number 9 there will be signs posted. Please bring chairs to sit in the cafeteria. Swimmers should also have footwear to wear in the halls. They will have a concession stand as well.

Swimmers are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets to sit on while in the gym. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to stop by the sign in table at practice.

CAC is asking for volunteers:

3 timers from each team

1 seeder from each team

1 stroke and turn from each team
