WINTER 2026/ 27 Follansbee Swim Team Registration
This is the registration form for the 2026/ 27 Follansbee Swim Team Winter Season. Practices are held weekly at Brooke High School. Participants pay one registration fee per swimmer ($50) and monthly training fees ($45 - $50 per month)
Monthly training fees are due the 1st of every month.
$5 late fee will be issued for any account paid after the 20th.
Any new registrations must first pass a swim evaluation before your registration is complete and your swimmer is rostered to the team. Please call/text 304-650-2460 to schedule your free evaluation.
Only one registration form is needed per family.
RETURNING SWIMMERS - Watch for an email for past due invoices from Summer 2026.
