2026 Follansbee Swim Team Summer SWIM LESSONS
This is the registration form for the 2026 Follansbee Swim Team SWIM LESSONS ONLY. Lessons are held at Follansbee Park Pool. Participants pay one summer fee for each HOUR session of lessons.
These lessons are for beginner - advanced skill level.
Swimmers will be divided into skill levels in every session.
Parents pick the package they want and schedule the day & times.
NO MORE THAN 20 SWIMMERS PER SESSION
FOLLANSEE PARK POOL PASS HOLDERS
Pay before JUNE 1 ... 5 lessons for $100
5 lessons for $150 for non- pass holders.
$35 per day
NO EVALUATION IS NEEDED
swimmers should arrive at least 15min before their scheduled practice time.
