Meet Start time is 10 AM.

FST warm ups start at 9:15 please have your swimmers there by 9am. They are asking for the following volunteers.

2 timers per team

1 seeder each

1 Stroke and Turn Judge per team

The YMCA is requesting one spectator per swimmer. We will be sitting in the gym as a team. No chairs will be allowed on deck. We request that each swimmer wear shoes/flip flops/etc walking from the gym to the swimming pool as well as a robe/towels to reduce the amount of water on the floors. Lastly, we recommend masks to be worn.
