The meet this week 1/22 will be hosted by the Northgate Stingrays.

Follensbee will warm up in the pool from 7:40 - 8:00. Please have your swimmers there no later than 7:25am to stretch before entering the water.

Masks will be required of everyone at all times. Please have your swimmers bring a container/ plastic bag with their name on it to place the masks in while they are swimming.

The host team is asking for 2/3 volunteer timers from each team and someone to help seed just Follansbee relays.

Teams will be sitting as a team in the hallways so bring blankets and chairs. They will have a full concession stand available. The host team asks that everyone stay in their team area unless they are viewing their swimmer in the water, as they do not want to crowd their stands.

We have not been advised yet of spectator limits but their default is 1 spectator per family (not counting volunteers) We will let you know if that changes.
