Follensbee will warm up in the pool from 7:40 - 8:00. Please have your swimmers there no later than 7:25am to stretch before entering the water.

The host team is asking for 2/3 volunteer timers from each team and someone to help seed just Follansbee relays.

Pictures are TODAY 1/20 at Brooke High Wellness Center. Action Images will be set up in the Wellness Center from 6:45pm - 7:30pm. Please wear the white team t-shirt. If you do not have a white team t-shirt, talk to someone at the sign-in table.

Anyone who misses practice on either of these days at Brooke High School has until 1/27 to schedule an appointment with Action Images to be included in the team picture for the winter season.
