44 swimmers will represent Follansbee Swim Team at champs April 2, 2022 held at Montour High School. Entries have been posted to our FB page.

As our swimmers will be preparing for champs in the next two weeks, we will also be holding team bonding activities before and after practice on deck or in the Brooke Wellness Center hallway. We invite all parents/ siblings to participate as well. Our first activity will begin today 3/21! Find out what it is each day at the sign-in table.

Thank you to all of our parent volunteers throughout the season; Special thanks goes out to our last two shifts. These volunteers will need to check in at the volunteer registration desk to get your deck pass and lane assignments before each session the day of the meet.

Confirmed warm up times and start times of each session will be posted by the end of the week. 

***PREDICTED start times ***

First session begin warm ups from 7:00am - 8:30 and will begin at 8:35 ending that session around 12:30pm. With an hour break for first session awards, lunch and the second session coaches scratch meeting. 

Second session warm ups will begin around 1:30-3 and start around 3:05pm and ending around 6:30 with final awards presented right after. Again, these are all predicted times and we will confirm all warm up/start times by the end of the week.
