All swimmers attending Champs are invited to a pre-practice pep rally starting at 6pm 3/30. We will be passing out champs swag and taking pictures of the swimmers with their coaches and champs relays. Wear any team shirt to practice and get a ticket for the raffle we will hold after practice - we will be raffling off champs shirts the swimmers signed last week!!!

8 - 8:30am lanes 5&6

Meet Starts 8:35am

SECOND SESSION (10 and under)

2:30 - 3pm lanes 1&2

Meet starts 3:05pm

Please have your swimmers there 15min prior to warm ups to stretch. This gives them time to get used to the pool and it’s blocks/touch pads.
