We have practice Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri this week then we have a week off for Thanksgiving Break - let’s get some laps in this week, show up and work hard BLUE WAVES!!!

Our next meet will be 12/03 in Ebensburg, PA starting at noon with a 11:30 w/u time. We ask our families to get there by 11:15am to stretch and get ready for warm ups. Address to the meet is:

We will be going out to eat as a team after the meet @ Off the Rak (a local American cuisine restaurant. It has a big room we can reserve and decent prices- was recommended to us by the home team) We will be making reservations by 11/30 when meet entries are due.
