Swim mentorship is crucial to provide an optimal learning experience for the younger swimmers on the team. Mentors who are licensed life guards can also be eligible for monetary compensation. For a mentor to be considered, you need to have been a mentor for at least one year prior to your application and complete an interview with board members before our first practice.
