CHAMPS 2023 is less than two weeks away, and we can feel the excitement among the swimmers. 

Follansbee Swim Team is HOSTING CHAMPS at Brooke High School. This means we need an army of volunteers to help make this meet run like a CHAMPIONSHIP MEET. We are also asking for donations for the concession stand AND a basket raffle - everything is under the JOB SIGN UP. If you have a basket to donate that is not on the list, please let us know and we will change the name - we really appreciate any donations! Even if you cannot attend this meet, please consider donating to the meet. 

OVSL Championships are FREE for our members to participate. Swimmers need to get 3 meets in this season to qualify and have a qualifying time, NT (no times) will not be seeded. We have two meets (7/17 & 7/18) left to squeeze them in. Signups for CHAMPS 2023 are open. If you plan to attend, sign up NOW so our coaches can get an idea of who is going. Anyone who has questions, please respond to your team email. 

We have a theme - SWIMMING IS OUT OF THIS WORLD" - Let's have some fun with it and personalize our home pool. We will be making alien heads at practice next week to hang on the walls. Our alien heads will feature our swimmers' names and positive words of encourage. 

Don't forget to PREORDER your CHAMPS SHIRT. Shirts will also be made on site without any customization for $25. 

FYI CUPCAKE ORDERS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED THIS WEEK... Each family will be contacted starting 7/18 when they are finished - each order is made fresh on the day of delivery. If you will be on vacation and would like your order to be pushed back to a week later, reach out to Trinity asap.
