Follansbee Swim Team host WAAC, TPD & STC. Attached are our entries.

The park gate will open at 4:40pm starting the meet at 6pm. Admission to pool will be $2 per person. Coaches/swimmers/volunteer timers are free. Names will be at the admission table.

Chairs/ canopies are permitted in the gate. Heat sheets will be available for purchase at 5:45pmfor $2. Follansbee Park Pool will offer a full concession stand. Please bring cash, preferably small bills.

Please arrive at the pool at 4:40pm, stretching will begin at 4:50 pm before our warmup swim.

Our team’s first session warmup 4:55-5:15pm will consist of all swimmers attending the first morning session practices (Level 3&4)

Our team’s second session warmup 5:15- 5:35pm, will consist of all swimmers attending the second session practices (Level 1&2, along with those who only attend evening practices).

PLEASE ensure that you and your swimmer(s) are in attendance for warm ups.
