Get pumped up FOLLANSBEE SWIM TEAM - CHAMPS 2023 is right around the corner! 

We will be setting up the pool/ concession stand/ Chinese raffle baskets / Wellness Center Cafeteria/ Seeding area from 6pm - 8:30pm. During this time our swimmers will be on deck from 7-8pm getting “pumped up”. We will be swimming relays and working on starts. 

CHAMPS Warm ups 7/22 will start at 7:10am. Please be at the pool by 7am to stretch. The Wellness Center doors will be open at 6am. Our swimmers will sit as a team on deck during the meet. Only volunteers with wristbands will be permitted on deck. Swimmers should bring a blanket or yoga mat to sit on. Shoes/sandals must be worn when walking the hallways/ bathrooms. Swimmers are not permitted on the steps or in the viewing area. Security officers will be at the event to remind us of these rules.
