FST rocked the blocks- Congrats to all of our swimmers for improving their times or getting their first time in events for our last meet of 2023!!! Thank you to our coaches and volunteers for making the meet go smoothly.

We took 46 swimmers to Carlnyton, PA to secure second place overall improving our times 42% of the time in the water. We have two weeks left of practice for 2023, with our holiday party being 12/20 from 7-9pm. More details will be posted Monday.
