1/13 meet at Carlynton, PA will begin at 9am. There will be five teams in attendance: CAC, KOA, SRST, BUHL, FST. 

The meet begins at 9am.

Warm up schedule:

CAC and KO: 7:40-8:00 am

Slippery Rock: 8:00-8:20am

Buhl and Follansbee: 8:20-8:40 am

Please have your swimmer(s) there no later than 8:05 to stretch and prepare for the meet. We will need three timers and a seeder for this meet.

*** Most of the available parking is in the large lot before the school ***

When entering the building, please use the gym doors (door 9) and proceed to the cafeteria for check-in and seeding. They will have signs directing you to the cafeteria on the walls inside the school.

Please have your swimmers wear comfortable shoes to walk from the cafeteria to the pool deck. Bring a robe/ jacket to wear in the hallways to keep warm.

Pillows/blankts/ chairs are permitted in the cafeteria only. They will have a fully stocked concession stand for breakfast and lunch.
