3/9 meet at Carlynton, PA will begin at 9am. There will be three teams in attendance: CAC, KOA, FST. The meet begins at 9am. Entires are attached to your team email. Our warm ups are from 8:20-8:40 am. Please have your swimmer(s) there no later than 8:05am to stretch and prepare for the meet. We need 4 timers and a seeder for this meet. If you have not already volunteered this season, please consider doing so.

The pool is located at: Carlynton High School 435 Kings Hwy Carnegie, PA 15106

*** Most of the available parking is in the large lot before the school ***

When entering the building, please use the gym doors (door 9) and proceed to the cafeteria for check-in and seeding. They will have signs directing you to the cafeteria on the walls inside the school. Have your swimmers wear comfortable shoes to walk from the cafeteria to the pool deck. Bring a robe/ jacket to wear in the hallways to keep warm. Pillows/blankets/ chairs are permitted in the cafeteria only. They will have a fully stocked concession stand.

CAC will also be hosting a COMMUNITY DAY featuring FreeStore 15106 at this meet. Freestore provides food to Carlyton in-district students and they are accepting donations of canned food/ boxed ready to make meals at this meet. CAC will also have a bake sale with all proceeds going directly to Freestore.
