We swim our last regular season meet tomorrow night 7/18. Entires are due tonight at 9pm.

Mentors/ coaches help set up the pool - 4:15pm.

Gates open at 4:30pm and warm ups will start at 4:45pm the meet starts at 6:15pm. There will be a $5 admission fee to enter the pool gates. A free heat sheet and raffle ticket will be given to everyone who pays admission.

Volunteers to help work the meet are needed - we need a small army to make our home meets go smoothly - thank you for your time. Free admission will be given to all volunteers for the meet. Names will be at the front desk for wrist bands. The timers meeting will be held at 6pm.

Chairs, blankets and/or canopies to make your swim family comfortable during the meet. There will be a full concession stand available on site. FST does not profit from gate/ concession money. All proceeds will go directly to Follansbee City Parks Department.

FST will be hosting an Ice Cream Cart, 412 Ice Cream, in Follansbee Park, for anyone wanted a tasty treat and FST will have a raffle basket table along with discounted apparel - team t-shirts/ beanies/socks/sizing kit suits. All prices will be marked, first come, first serve.

Next week is our last week of practice before CHAMPS. This is such an exciting event for our swimmers, the atmosphere is electric all day and a great way for our swimmers to finish their season.
