Good morning BLUE WAVES!!! We had a fantastic time in the water yesterday. We had 40 swimmers brave the snow with five going off the blocks for their first time!!! FYI - over 47% of our individual events dropped time, GREAT JOB 💙

Ribbons from the last two meets can be found in the team mailbox at practice. Any questions about results please wait until after practice to speak to your coach.

We travel to East Liverpool, 1/18. This meet will start at 1:30pm. Entries are due by 7pm 1/15.

We can get in the gym at 12:30. Bring your chairs and blankets. Shoes/ sandals MUST BE WORN TO AND FROM THE GYM.

Warm ups will be:

WAVE- 12:40-12:55

KOAC- 12:55- 1:10

Follansbee- 1:10-1:25

Timer's meeting will be a 1:15pm - They are asking us to time two lanes - NEED 4 timers. They are also asking for help to seed (line up) FST swimmers in the gym. We ask our WHOLE swim family to consider volunteering at this meet - a lot of veteran swim parents will be at Brooke High for HS OVAC competition that day.

They will sell Lucky Snowmen Ducks, hold a 50/50 and host a full concession stand on site.
