Congrats to our HIGH SCHOOL swimmers for finishing their seasons this week. We had a lot of personal goals accomplished & school records broken but we know we have more work to do. Welcome back to the team, we look forward to seeing your faces on deck the rest of club season - LETS FINISH THIS AT CHAMPS TOGETHER…

Results from 2/22 have been posted. We are looking forward to hosting our home meet 3/1.

We plan to start the meet at 9:30am. warm up times:

8-8:20am

FST lanes 1-6

8:20-8:40am

FST lanes 1-2

CAC lanes 3-6

8:40-9am

KOA lanes 1-2

BV lanes 3-6

9-9:20am

NGAC lanes 1-6

We will need a small army to run the meet, please volunteer to help out. Sign up sheet will be at the sign in table this week at practice. Timers meeting will take place on deck at 9:15AM.

We will run the Chuck-a-Duck at the meet during the break and host a full concession stand.

All swimmers/ SEEDING will be on deck for the meet. Only team coaches should be on deck with swimmers.

Swimmers should enter/ exit the pool through the locker room doors on deck and should not go up the steps during the meet.

Shoes/ sandals must be worn at all times when in halls or bathrooms. We are looking forward to an exciting day at the pool. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
