WE WILL NOT PRACTICE TONIGHT 3/7. Practice will resume next week to begin our count down to CHAMPS 2025. We understand spring sports are beginning this month. It’s important to balance those with swimming - we would like for our swimmers to have the best possible outcome for the season, they have all worked so hard up until this point. Keeping them healthy and “swim fit” is our ultimate goal.

The following is Info for our last regular season meet at Ebensburg 3/15. The meet will begin at 10:30am. Please have your swimmer(s) there by 9:50am.

We are encouraging all swimmers going to CHAMPS 2025 to attend this meet to practice their events, starts & relays. Swimmers who need one more meet for champs must attend. Anyone who needs a ride please contact Trinity before 3/14. She will have room to transport 5 swimmers at this time.

We will begin offering our annual CHAMPS 2025 SWAG. A donation of $50 will waive your champs fees and earn swag passed out at our Pump Up Party 3/20. Anyone not participating can purchase these items too.

Lastly - we will continue collecting donations for the raffle baskets next week. We will need volunteers at practice Friday 3/14 to help put the baskets together. If you are unsure what to bring, stop by the sign in table
