Meet Info:

  • Coach check-in – we will have check-in available for each session (starting at 7am, 1:15pm).
  • There will be a designated hospitality area for coaches and officials.

Volunteers – anyone signed up to volunteer should check-in upon arriving. We need all Meet Ops volunteers (timers, marshals, place judges, runners, seeders) to check in NO LATER than 8:15am for the morning session (meeting will be at 8:30am) and 1:45pm for the afternoon session (meeting will be at 2:00pm).

Concessions – There will be a fully stocked concession stand with plenty of snacks, drinks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner items for purchase. ALL PROCEEDS COME BACK TO THE SWIMMERS!

Meet programs will be available for pick-up (if pre-ordered) and a small quantity will also be available for purchase at each session for $10 CASH ONLY

There will be a Swim Store on site with lots of training suits and gear (googles, swim caps, bags) CASH ONLY

There will also be other fun items for sale each session including…

  • Chuck-a-duck contest

Please bring CASH/ SMALL BILLS; there is not ATM on site.

ALL SWIMMERS will be seated on the pool deck with their teams. This is downstairs from the spectator area. NO parents (besides volunteers) will be allowed down the stairs into the pool deck area or locker rooms. There is seating available on deck for swimmers. Swimmers do not need to bring chairs. Coaches may bring chairs for the deck.

The warm-down pool will be open for warm-up/cool-down for the AM session ONLY. NO PM session swimmers (10 and under) will be permitted in the warm-down pool.

There is ample spectator seating above the pool, bleacher-style. It is not necessary for spectators to bring chairs. Spectators should be mindful of posted signs about video/photography. NO VIDEO OR PHOTOS can be taken behind the blocks.

Session 1 (AM) – 11 & Older Boys and Girls: 9:05am – 12:50pm

League Board Members arrive by 6:45am for remaining set-up; open coach/volunteer check-in
