PRACTICE TOMORROW 7/11 there WILL NOT BE DRYLAND at 6pm.  

10 and under swimmers - 6 -7pm

11 and over swimmers - 7 -8pm

We will be working on starts and turns/ relays.

We will host the Cindy Smith Invitational at Brooke High School 7/12

Swimmers are to arrive at the pool 20min before warm up time.

11 and over swimmers 7:30 - 7:50am

10 and under swimmers 7:50 - 8:05am

Attached: meet entry invoice/ pre-order shirt invoice/ meet entry report for you to review. Please pay @FSTWV through Paypal or Venmo. Cash or check to FST.  Pay at your team mailbox.  Pre-order Shirts can be picked up at the apparel table.  

Thank you to our volunteers who have pledged their time so far.  We need more help in the concession stand.  Please consider donating your time, all proceeds from the concession stand will help pay for the end of the season party at Follansbee Park 7/27.

We will take one break for the chuck a duck. The meet will end around 3:30pm. 

Please remember - we will be keeping the swimmers on deck/ seeding on deck. Each team will have a designated space on deck. Only coaches should bring their own chairs with plastic feet. We can only be entering/ exiting through main doors. Birds have been getting in and need to keep the pool doors to the outside closed at all times. 

Swimmers should be wearing sandals in the hallways/ bathrooms at all times.

Swimmers should NEVER be in the upstairs viewing area.
