FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE IS IN THE BOOKS! 

6pm dry land practice for our 7-9pm training will begin in October. If you are unsure of what time your practice is, please respond to your team email. 

We know several of our veteran swimmers are participating in fall sports, register online now to begin receiving team emails. We will continue to accept new registrations until February 2026, please call/ text (304) 650 2460 to schedule your free evaluation. ALL NEW SWIMMERS MUST SCHEDULE AN EVALUATION BEFORE THEIR FORST PRACTICE - evaluations takes about 15min.
